Today, in the course of history, it becomes necessary to declare
the reasons which impel us to action. We accept responsibility for solving challenges with innovative solutions. We will not relent until New Orleans is a vibrant, world-class city. We recognize that New Orleans is a new frontier, holding both opportunity and obligation. We believe that people who think they can change the world are the ones who do.
